Hi, I’m Gabriel Díaz.
A luxury wedding cake designer based in the Santurce Art District of San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Convinced that the cake is the centerpiece of every special occasion, I have devoted myself to turning each one into a work of art — from the inside out. Every design is created exclusively for the celebration it belongs to, balancing stunning form with unforgettable taste.
Before cake design became my life’s work, I built a career in Accounting and Business Administration and earned a master’s degree in Advertising. In 2014 I followed my passion full-time — and today my atelier creates cakes for some of the most renowned weddings and events on the island.

Every cake is custom designed and made from scratch using a consistent recipe and the special touch of premium ingredients. Advanced techniques of modern cake design meet hours of meticulous hand work — sculpted sugar, hand-piped lace, petals shaped one by one.
