Convinced that the cake is the subject of any special occasion, this entrepreneur has thrown himself into the task of turning a cake in a work of art from the inside out. Since 2014, Gabriel has been developing his inventiveness and creativity becoming a full-time cake designer.
Before realizing that his passion was in cake designing, Gabriel had a long career in Accounting and Business Administration. He also completed a master degree in Advertising at the Sagrado Corazon University in Santurce, Puerto Rico.
