- Media & Collaborations form: your name, email, organization, type of inquiry, timeline, location, your message and the language of the page.
- Proposal requests: the “Request a Proposal” form is provided by HoneyBook. What you submit there (for example the date, venue, your contact details and event details) is received and processed by HoneyBook on our behalf.
- Emails you send us and the information you share in them.
- Technical information: like any website, our server records basic technical data (IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site running and protect it against spam and attacks.
How we use your information
- To reply to your messages and prepare proposals.
- To operate, maintain and protect the website (for example, blocking spam and unauthorized access).
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
Cookies and browser storage

- Our web hosting provider, which stores the website and form messages.
- Our email provider, which delivers form notifications.
- HoneyBook, for proposal requests (HoneyBook privacy policy).
- Cloudflare Turnstile or Google reCAPTCHA, when enabled, to check that forms are sent by a person (Cloudflare, Google).
We may also disclose information when the law requires it. Links to Instagram and Facebook take you to Meta’s websites, which have their own policies.
How we protect it
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), passwords and keys are stored encrypted, and only administrators can view received messages. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@gabrieldiazcakedesigner.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
