His Story
From balance sheets to sugar art
As of today, Gabriel Díaz is known as one of the most well-known cake designers in Puerto Rico who stands out for offering his customers the perfect balance between great taste and stunning designs.
Before realizing that his passion was cake design, he had a long career in Accounting and Business Administration, and completed a master’s degree in Advertising at Universidad del Sagrado Corazón in Santurce. Since 2014 he has devoted himself to the craft full-time.
His work has been featured in international publications.
